Production Time
All of our books are made to order to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 4–5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time
USA & UK: 4–6 business days (after production)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Some shipping providers may take 1–3 business days to update tracking information.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and no tracking is available, please contact us at support@psalmandshield.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because our books are made to order and move into production quickly, we offer a 1-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.
To cancel, please contact us at support@psalmandshield.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Lost Packages
Psalm & Shield is not responsible for lost packages if an incorrect address was provided during the order process. Please double-check that your billing and shipping address are correct before finalizing your purchase. If we made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your original order free of charge.
Customs Fees
We are not responsible for customs fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
"No Tracking Information Available"
Some shipping providers take 1–3 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at support@psalmandshield.com.
Are My Items Shipped in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
